SIGNAL OF THE DAY

Uranium prints money while AI infrastructure burns cash. Energy Fuels mined 1.72M lbs U3O8, sold 650k lbs (revenue $48.2M), exceeded 2025 guidance. POET Technologies raised $150 million but diluted shareholders with 20.7M shares at $7.25. Essential commodities generate cash. Speculative infrastructure burns it.

The arbitrage is structural. European NdPr, Dy and Tb prices: $130/kg, $1,125/kg and $4,500/kg. UUUU trades at sustainable multiples with $927M working capital and production visibility through 2032. POET trades at 700+ forward P/S despite tech validation.

COVERAGE PULSE

POET Technologies (POET) — MMCAP International holds 13M warrants. Dilutive equity raise at $7.25 undercuts momentum despite eight awards since June 2024.

Energy Fuels (UUUU) — Completed $700M convertible notes offering. Produced 1.0M+ lbs finished U3O8. Exceeds guidance while building war chest for ASM acquisition and REE expansion.

First Majestic Silver (AG) — Hit all-time high $27.55, up 11% Friday. Reported 2025 profit $211.0 million ($0.34 EPS) vs $101.9 million loss prior year. 2026 guidance cuts volume to optimize margins.

Pulsar Helium (PLSR) — Jetstream #6 hit three pressurized gas zones, two with bottom-hole pressures exceeding 1,000 psi. Raised £7.4 million ($10.0M USD) for testing through Q1 2026.

WHAT THE MARKET IS NOT TALKING ABOUT

Helium-3 shortage. Federal labs confirmed helium-3 concentrations of 11.2-11.9 parts-per-billion, with 7.7-8.0% helium-4. PLSR is finding an isotope worth $16,000 per liter used in quantum computing and national security. DOE's strategic reserve depletes while tech giants chase quantum supremacy. Demand/supply imbalance in a market too small for Wall Street to price.

Russell 2000 surged 5.4% in January vs S&P 500's 1.5%. Analysts focus on banks and industrials. They're missing resource companies with strategic commodity exposure.
